Is someone sick in your home or office?
Are you concerned about the germs spreading and ultimately making you sick?
At Steam Masters Carpet & Tile Cleaning LLC, we are committed to not only restoring the beauty of your home with our carpet & tile cleaning services, we also take it a step further with our disinfecting service.
We use a state-of-the-art electrostatic delivery system to deliver a powerful disinfectant that when applied properly will cover every area of your home or office.
Most people do not realize when it comes to disinfecting any surface, the product you use must sit on the surface for up to 10 minutes. Most people just spray and wipe and do not realize they have only merely cleaned the surface. All the germs and bacteria have not been eliminated.
What makes our delivery system unique is because the delivery system is electrostatically charged, the fine particles of disinfect cling to every positively charged surface. Because they are so small, they can be applied to any surface and allowed to dwell in that area without the need to be wiped clean.
Is it Safe?
The product we use is called Vital Oxide, a multi-purpose deodorizing disinfectant which is EPA registered and meets all requirements for the agency’s highest safety rating.
Toxicity Category IV — There are no harmful effects associated with coming in contact with Vital Oxide nor are any safety precautions necessary for any occupants while spray this product.
What makes it so effective?
When it comes in contact with harmful micro-organisms, Vital Oxide generates small amounts of chlorine dioxide. Because the solution itself does not contain chlorine dioxide, but instead creates it through a chemical reaction and then expends it in the cleaning process.
