Q. Do you move furniture?

 

A. Yes. There is no charge to move small pieces of furniture such as chairs, waste baskets, etc… and we will return it to its rightful place when we are finished.  We will move most furniture that can safely be removed but all we ask is that you please remove and breakable items off of your furniture such as picture frames, porcelain dolls or any other knick-knacks prior to our arrival.  There are items however that we will not move which include: pianos, entertainment centers, large desks, pool tables, china cabinets, dressers, beds, work stations, etc.

Q. How long will it take for the tile to dry?

 

A. We generally move air movers around the house as we clean to help speed up the drying process.  We also ask that you keep the air conditioning on to help with the air flow as well as allow us access to any ceiling fans in your home.

Q. Do you guarantee that spots and stains will not return?

 

A. This is a common question and unfortunately the answer is no.  The reality of some stains is that there are substances that can and will permanently discolor the carpet fibers.  Typically we will identify those stains prior to cleaning the carpets and we will do everything possible to permanently remove that stain.

Q. Do I need to vacuum before the crew arrives?

 

A. Vacuuming prior to our arrival is recommended but it is not required.  Our crew will vacuum areas as needed.

Q. What method do you use to clean carpets?

 

A. The method we use for cleaning is hot water extraction, commonly referred to as steam cleaning.  During this process, Hot water and a specially formulated cleaning solution are injected deep within the carpet fibers.  Then, a powerful suction extracts the deep-down dirt, allergens, and cleaning solution that was applied to your carpet.  There are several cleaning methods on the market but only ONE method is recommended by most carpet manufacturers and that is Hot Water Carpet Extraction.

Q. Why should I get my tile & grout cleaned?

 

A. Just like carpet, dirt builds up over time dulling your tile’s appearance and discoloring your grout. A thorough, professional tile & grout cleaning is the only way to remove the deep-down dirt

Q. What type of equipment or materials do you use to clean my tile & grout?

 

A. We use a high pressure rotary tool with dual rotating jets connected to a commercial cleaning truck mount system that is installed in our van. This is the same system that is used to steam clean your carpets.  The only difference is we change the carpet wand to the high pressure rotary tool and increase the water pressure.   We only use commercial grade tile & grout cleaners that help strip away years of dirt and grime buildup embedded in your grout lines.

Q. What is your 100% guarantee?

 

A. We are happy to work with you to correct any situation that may arise. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the results, we will do all we can to fix the problem by returning to  re-clean any area in question.

  • Q. My hallways still seem dirty after they were cleaned.

    A. This is another common problem.  Hallways as well as welcome mats, etc…are considered high traffic areas.  When professionally cleaned once in a while the middle of the carpet appears to be dirty.  This is whats know as traffic lane gray.  The carpet has a dirty appearance because it has been walked on so many times the carpet fibers have begun to fray and the carpet fibers no longer reflect the light from above and as a result makes the carpet look dull.  Unfortunately, nothing can be done to remedy this issue.
